Fuziondot Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you've signed up with Fuziondot and feel that it doesn’t quite meet your needs, you can cancel your subscription easily. Just log in to your account and submit a cancellation request via the provided form.

Alternatively, you can email us at support@fuziondot.com from the registered email address associated with your account. For security, we may request some additional information, such as a brief reason for your cancellation, transaction details (like your name, transaction ID, last 4 digits of the card used, billing date), and any verification details necessary to confirm your identity.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
You’re free to cancel your subscription at any time. If you’re on a paid plan, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. For free trials or unpaid subscriptions, the cancellation will be processed within 7 days of your request. We’ll confirm your cancellation within three business days.

Refund Policy
Fuziondot offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel your subscription within seven days of signing up, and your request complies with our policy, we’ll issue a refund within 30 days. Your refund will be sent using the original payment method, though any bank charges incurred will be your responsibility.
